At BTS MERCH BORAHAE, our figurines are handmade and carefully crafted to order. Because each piece is individually made, all purchases are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, including requests due to change of mind, incorrect choice, personal preference, or minor variations in the handmade product.

Handmade Product Variations

Each figurine is handmade and may have slight variations in colour, paint application, texture, finish, positioning, or other minor details compared with product images. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of each piece and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund or return.

Damage During Transit

Please inspect your package carefully when it is delivered. Damage caused during shipping or transit does not automatically qualify for a refund, return, replacement, or compensation. We package our products carefully before dispatch; however, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit handling is outside our control.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product. We will review the matter and assist where reasonably possible.

Quality Concerns

As our products are handmade, minor imperfections and variations may occur and are not considered quality defects. If you believe your item has a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with clear photographs and a description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, contact information, and order details. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
