We sell handmade BTS member figurines and collectibles. Each item is individually crafted and may have minor variations in colour, paint, texture, finish, positioning, or other details. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

3. Production & Delivery

Our figurines are generally made within 5–7 business days. Delivery typically takes approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch. These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, customs, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Worldwide Shipping & Customs

We offer worldwide shipping. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

5. Refunds & Returns

All purchases are final. We do not generally accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations, including due to change of mind or minor handmade variations. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for complete details.

Any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Damage or Quality Concerns

If an item arrives damaged or you believe there is a significant manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with clear photographs and relevant order details. Each case will be reviewed individually. Minor handmade imperfections are not considered defects.

7. Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Due to handmade production, lighting, photography, screens, and individual craftsmanship, actual products may have slight differences from website images.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Disclaimer

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and original designs, belongs to or is used by BTS MERCH BORAHAE unless otherwise stated.

BTS MERCH BORAHAE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC, HYBE, or any BTS member unless expressly stated otherwise.
